We support you in all phases of a transformation, from diagnostics to conception to implementation and success control – over the entire period, or with individual measures, but always with a holistic view. We proceed with a sense of proportion, because effective transformation processes stretch an organization without overtaxing it. Nevertheless, we know that change is certainly not something that can be comfortable. We are prepared for this and through the following process we guide our customers reliably, successfully and with passion.

Dr. Volker Scholly

Precision under Dr. Volker Scholly is experiencing a new quality. With a constructive-critical view and an extensive wealth of business-specific knowledge and experience, he is the conceptual driver of Point B’s partner team. His clients value him as a highly reflected sparring partner and for his well thought-out concepts, which he polishes until no more undesirable edges can be found. When there is no light in his office in the evening, you can be relatively sure that Alemannia Aachen is playing.

Maik Ganswig

In one person Maik Ganswig embodies the two driving forces at Point B – continuous on the one hand and disruptive on the other. He likes to be on the verge of the known business universe and brings back new approaches that give his customers valuable impulses which can combine well with the tried and tested and find their way into practice through coherent concepts. On the snowboard runway as well as in the project office, he is used to navigating with foresight and yet still remain flexible, and to embarking on new terrain.

Anabel Houben

Anabel Houben is an experienced consultant of numerous change processes, who brings her extensive organizational psychological knowledge as a senior advisor to the projects of the clients. Her main focus is on the complex currents within the upper management levels and the corporate cultural foundations for transformation. As a confessing carnivalist, she rarely loses her sense of humour and as a camper for many years, she finds impassable terrain a challenge and not an obstacle.

Online supported executives and employee surveys reinforce our methodical expertise and guarantee a simple and fast implementation of surveys of different target groups.

Agile forms of work and methods as well as the associated potential for increasing performance – Point B and it-economics have come together on these exciting topics. With locations in Germany and Switzerland, IT consulting offers our customers access to expanded agile methodological knowledge and trained agile coaches. The Agility Radar, our instrument for measuring the agility maturity level of companies and divisions, was developed in cooperation with it-economics.

Effective change does not have to be a science – but its foundations are. Joint studies and the annual Executive Training “Change Management” are just some of the results of our successful and long-standing cooperation with the Technical University of Munich. Regular exchange of scientific knowledge for effective transformation processes enables us to provide more targeted advice and new impulses.
